March 30th planning meeting minutes:

Let me thank all of
you that attended the meeting and shared your suggestions. Please make use of
all the resources and personnel available to make the camp a success. Below are
the topics that came up for discussion:
1. All the
planning committee members will make every effort to be at the camp site by

Thomas and Jiji Abraham will coordinate activities for Friday night.
3. Mr. Manish
Samuel, Jerry Joseph, and Reena John will come up
with special activities for the youth group.
4. Mr. Thomas
Kochummen will plan the ‘Talent Show’ for Saturday night. Sujith Abraham will
assist background music.
5. Mr. Mohan
Pothen, Tom Philip, and John Mathai Jr. will put together activities for all age
groups during the camp.
6. Mr. Thomas
Thuthikadathil, George Thomas, Samuel Mathai and C. G. Abraham will handle
registration and accommodation.
7. Mr. Rajan
Mathews will have one session on Saturday (1 hour) and the Sunday sermon during
Holy Communion.
8. Since we
celebrate 20th year as St. Peter’s family, we will solicit a sponsor
for ‘souvenir’.
9. The Last day
for registration will be Sunday, May 11th.
