Address Change: New Address Jacob & Alice Mathew (Thambi) 36 Paula Drive Pazhampallichal Mission ( Back Cover Picture): This Mission project sponsored by our Parish is taking place in a hilly area 40 Km from Kothamangalam, Munnar, Kerala. The tribal villagers are very poor, unemployed and illiterate. There is no electricity or telephone in this area. St. Peter’s Marthoma Church financially supported the land purchase, construction of the mission home (cover page), drinking water well, provision of daily food for children, salary for teachers, medical camps, public toilets and other basic necessities. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Thirumeni dedicated the mission church and home mission on February 24, 2007. Rev. Prakash K. George (Diocesan Secretary-Kottayam) in his letter to the mission board wrote “we as a diocese are very indebted to the St. Peter’s Mar Thoma Church, Teaneck , NJ for your valuable support and Prayers” . May God use each one of us for the glory of His kingdom. |
