Dearly Beloved in Christ,

Greetings! We are in Lenten season. March 10, Wednesday is mid lent and 26, Friday is 40th Friday. In this period we need to discipline our life to experience the power of God which empowers us to live victoriously conquering the evil forces, as Jesus did before the commencement of His earthly ministry. We are His image and His Spirit is indwelling in us. We need to be committed to the Lord Jesus.

We are called not to be conformed to the worldly standards but to be transformed according to the values of the Kingdom of God. Lent is an experience of restoration. We are renewed and replenished through setting apart time for prayer and meditation. It is an experience of clinging to the Lord to have fellowship with Him and to know Him more deeply in our life.

Sharing is another aspect of Lent. Share blessings with others as we are blessed. Show mercy to fellow beings as the Lord has showed mercy to us. The love of God was revealed through the Cross of Jesus. He shared His life to save our life. His Holy Body was broken and Holy Blood was shed on Calvary to bring us to wholeness and to reveal the divine forgiveness to us. Let us make use this season gratefully to be revitalized from the treasury of His bountiful mercy.
